New year and new...

Things happened quite fluently in the new year. We have finished our thesis project, now is time for preparing for "protection in front of the staff".

Last week i took a paper test of Renesas company. Actually, i just want to know the way they held tests, interviews...Yeah, i want to have more experience before join in "that". "That" is the company i really want to be accepted as a member.

Renesas is about hardware and i just care about software. I forgot many things such as multiply two binary, using formula to calculate...The technical test was not good, but the English test was not too difficult to me...They sent email to notice that i have passed the written test. I felt a little bit surprised because i think i did it unwell.

The 1st interview, we have to show our ability in group working and presentation, everything is in English. We are divided into 3 groups of four. In my group, i was the only girl...and you know what. The others chose me as the team leader (oh oh, so "oai" :">), i was the first presenter in my group. I was so nervous that i hardly remember what to say. All of my words had flied to somewhere far away from me. After two minutes taking deep breathes, i started my presentation, introduced our members, introduced the topic, contents...and discussed about the first point of the topic. After the interview, i felt so disappointed about myself...Once again, i didn't do my duty well. I thought that i failed this row, and i had an helpful experience in interviewing.

18/1/2010, Miss Nguyên from Renesas called me via mobile phone to ask me for changing the date they will interview me (the final round). On the phone she said "congratulation to you, Cam Tu. You have passed our first interview". I was too surprised to say anything. I just "á" in the phone, hix. Miss Nguyên laughed when she heard that, hihi. I changed the date for last interview from 22/1 to 20/1...yeah yeah yeah, be confident, be strong, and be calm to face to "three" more directors from Renesas.
